Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We aim to provide excellent service and quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns or refunds are required. This policy outlines how we handle such cases.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Please note the following items are non-refundable once delivered or activated:

  • Domain names, hosting plans, VPS/servers

  • Digital certificates (SSL, DSCs)

  • Email hosting and cloud services

  • Software licenses and digital keys

  • Consultation and IT service charges

These are digital goods/services bound by licensing agreements or irreversible costs.

3. Refundable Items (Vedeclub.com)

For physical products (electronics/gadgets) sold through vedeclub.com:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with invoice

  • Refunds will be issued post inspection of returned items

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless item is defective or wrong

Exclusions: Software subscriptions, consumables, opened or damaged packaging

4. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of:

  • Web hosting/domain service: Before activation only

  • Physical goods: Before shipment only

  • Consultations/projects: Cancellations may incur fees based on progress/work already done

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (for eligible orders) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
