⚠️ Important: DEVESAM TECHNOLOGIES primarily provides digital and service-based deliverables. Once work has commenced, full refunds are not possible due to the intangible nature of our services.
1. Nature of Our Services
Our services include website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, server management, on-site IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and e-commerce management. These are service-based offerings, not physical products.
2. Full Refund (100%)
A full refund of the advance paid is applicable only if:
- Work has NOT been started within 48 hours of advance payment
- You cancel the project within 24 hours of payment and before any work begins
- DEVESAM TECHNOLOGIES fails to begin the project within the agreed timeline
3. Partial Refund
A partial refund may be considered if the project is cancelled after work has started but before 50% completion:
- Amount refunded = Advance paid minus cost of work completed till date
- Work completed percentage is determined by DEVESAM TECHNOLOGIES based on project milestones
- A written cancellation request must be submitted via email
4. No Refund Applicable
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- After 50% or more of the project is completed
- After the final deliverable has been delivered and accepted/approved
- For third-party costs: domain registration, hosting, ad spends (Google Ads, Meta Ads), stock photos, or software licenses - these are never refundable
- For completed monthly retainer services (SEO, digital marketing, server management)
- For services already delivered (server setup, IT support visits)
- If the client fails to provide required content/materials causing project delays
5. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds based on a change of mind after work has commenced. We encourage clients to review proposals and scopes thoroughly before making payment.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@devesam.in with subject: "Refund Request - [Your Project Name]"
- Include: your name, project details, payment receipt, and reason for refund
- We will review your request within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method
7. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our decision, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer. Disputes unresolved within 30 days may be referred to Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
