1. Digital Service Delivery
All completed work is delivered digitally via:
- Email - documents, reports, credentials, and files
- Cloud sharing - Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar
- Live deployment - website/app made live on your domain/server
- Remote access handover - server credentials, admin logins
- WhatsApp / Google Meet - for walkthrough and training sessions
2. Project Delivery Timelines
All timelines are in business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays) and start from the date of advance payment AND receipt of all required materials from the client (content, logo, images, credentials, etc.).

Note: Complex projects with custom requirements may have different timelines communicated in the project proposal.
3. Conditions for Timely Delivery
Timely delivery depends on:
- Advance payment received on time
- All required content/assets provided by client within 3 business days of request
- Timely feedback and approvals from client (max 3 business days per round)
- No major scope changes after project start
Delays caused by client-side factors will not be counted in our delivery commitment.
4. On-site IT Services
- Emergency visits: 4-8 hours response time (subject to engineer availability)
- Standard visits: 24-48 hours from booking
- Scheduled maintenance: Pre-booked slots, Mon-Sat 9AM-6PM
- Travel charges: May apply for locations beyond our primary service area
5. Revisions & Changes
- Projects include 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope
- Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
6. Project Handover
Upon final payment, you will receive:
- All source files and assets
- Admin credentials for all platforms
- A 30-minute walkthrough session (video call)
- 30-day bug-fix support (for development projects)
7. Business Hours
Monday-Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST. We are closed on Sundays and national public holidays. Emergency support is available on-call for active retainer clients.
