DEVESAM TECHNOLOGIES provides website development, app development, digital marketing, SEO, server management, on-site IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and e-commerce management services.
50% advance before project start. Remaining 50% on completion. GST (18%) applicable. Late payments may attract 2% per month charge after 15 days overdue.
Upon full payment, the client owns all final deliverables. DEVESAM retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio. Client is responsible for rights to all content provided to us.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for third-party platform changes (Google algorithm, marketplace policy changes).
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty for development projects. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or marketing results.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
